Shipping & Returns

Processing Time: All ghosts are carefully handcrafted, and orders are typically dispatched within 5-7 business days. During peak periods or for limited edition releases, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Times:
- UK: 3-7 business days after dispatch
- International: 7-14 business days, depending on location
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
International Orders: Please note that customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply to international orders. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Items must be returned using a tracked service with the tracking number provided to us.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the handmade nature of our ghosts, slight variations or imperfections are not considered faults and cannot be returned. Custom or limited-edition ghosts are non-returnable.
Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
